Payments & Safety

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, and Discover.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We have a robust logistics infrastructure that allows us to ship to 160 countries from multiple locations (currently shipping from China, US, UK and Germany). Please visit our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.

You will receive a shipping notification email containing the tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped. The tracking page will be updated to reflect the real-time location of your order. You can track your order with your tracking number here.

Please note that the estimated delivery date depends on the delivery address and the shipping method selected.

We ship worldwide – including big cities and small island nations.

 

Returns & Refunds

You can return your item(s) for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date the package was delivered to you.
Please follow these steps to make a return;

  1. Email us here with your name, surname, order number, product name(s) and return reason.
  2. Print the return label we have sent to you.
  3. Stick the return label on the outside of the package and take it to your nearest local post office.
  4. Email us the tracking number after the package has been shipped.

*Items must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.

*Items must be shipped within 5 days at the latest after the return label is created.

*To facilitate size-related returns, please include a photo in your e-mail where we can clearly see the size of the product. Click here to see example image.

We understand the anticipation that comes with waiting for a refund. As such, we assure you that we issue your refund on the day the returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse. It may take between 1-7 business days for the refund transaction to appear in your bank account, subject to your banking firm's policies.

Please note that all refunds will be credited to your original method of payment only.

We want to give you complete control over your orders. To cancel your order, you can send an email with your reason for cancellation to support@y2kvibe.com or you can cancel it yourself from the order details page.

However, please note that orders need to be cancelled before they are shipped.

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we provide the option for you to return item(s) free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

Absorbing the shipping costs for returned products is a cornerstone of our company policy, underscoring our steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you received a damaged or defective item, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. To initiate the return process, please refer to our "How do I return my package?" section and follow the instructions carefully.

Please note that you'll need to add a photo of the product to demonstrate the issue you're experiencing. Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we'll process your return promptly.
