The tulle mesh ruffles are soft, not scratchy. Very cute & good. My waist is 74cm & I hate tight waists, so happy with the size L. 157cm & about 6 inches above my knee. I don't care cuz there's shorts inside. It will be very cute dressed up, or down with a t shirt💖

I bought it because the design was pretty, and the quality is quite decent. The waist band is cute, too. In the photos, it looks like a mysterious purplish shade, but in reality, it's closer to black. The length is very short, so I recommend wearing it low on the hips.
